Haris, from PieLayer, sent in several offers for LowEndBox readers. PieLayer has been around since 2010, according to Haris, but only opened its doors in 2012. We featured them before when they operated a brand named 'NerdyVPS'. PieLayer is a subsidiary of Zaoomba LTD and uses modern hardware with an Intel Xeon E5 CPU, 128GB of RAM, and SSDs in RAID 10 for both speed and redundancy. They have services available in various locations, including Germany and the UK. Everything in San Diego is pure SSD (even though HDD is noted here). Their service offering differs per location, so be sure to take note of the location when ordered. Internoc24 LLC has been operating within the offshore web hosting scene since 2007, initially as Internoc24 Ltd. They offer services and products from 50 different locations worldwide, including "exotic" locations, such as Panama, Egypt, Turkey, Ukraine, India and Lithuania. These virtual servers are hosted on nodes with Intel i7 or Xeon CPUs with 64-128GB of RAM, a mixture of Intel/Samsung SSDs in raid10, and an uplink of 1Gbps. rDNS entries are not possible via SolusVM, and you are required to open a support ticket to get it changed. Jessica, from RIJX, has sent in some offers for LowEndBox readers. RIJX is a new company, having launched in February 2014. They are a registered business in Australia; you can check their business registration right here. The went all out with the launch getting their own ASN (AS202171) which they claim will help them do blackholes and eventually effective IP null-routing in case of a DDoS attack. All hardware is owned and is configured as followed: dual Intel Xen L5520 CPUs, 72GB RAM, 4x1TB hard drives in RAID10. These servers are colocated with VPLS in Los Angeles, California, USA.
