By paying for the 2GB plan quarterly, you are entitled to a free 3GB (total) RAM upgrade. All you need to do is open a ticket with HolderHost.
They accept payments using PayPal only. IRC, Public Proxies, Public VPNs, Public Torrenting, TOR, Gameservers, and spam are all not allowed.
