HudsonValleyHost is part of the Velocity Servers Network Exchange, the owner or LowEndBox.com and LowEndTalk.com as well as ColoCrossing. While they initially started as a separate entity, they eventually got absorbed by VSNX. Having said that, the domain hudsonvalleyhost.com has been around since 2004 and I believe they have been doing business since. These offers are available in either of five locations, with the exception of the Atom Dedicated server. The dedicated server takes between 48 and 72 hours to be provisioned.
