VikingLayer is currently run by Philip himself, who is located in Sweden. He told us he'd be working to become a sole proprietorship in the future. Their WHOIS information is currently public, which is a good thing. Host nodes contain Intel Xeon E5-1600 Series CPUs, 64GB of RAM, and 3x 2TB hard drives in a RAID setup. VikingLayer is looking to expand to Stockholm, Sweden soon, after which they would like to expand to the United States.
