AlphaRacks is heading for being in business for two years, with their domain being registered half-way 2013. They don't seem to be a registered business but their WHOIS information is public. While these offers were marked as exclusive in the ticket, I've also seen them on LowEndTalk, and they're probably around at other places as well. Host nodes have Intel E3 CPUs and at least four hard drives in hardware RAID10. Reviews on their last offer were mainly positive.
