Based on their WHOIS information, which is public, mosterVPS has been doing business since mid-2014. They are using OVH as a provider, so these servers are based in Gravelines, France and enjoy OVH's standard DDoS protection. I do not have any hardware information, unfortunately, but I do know the hard drives are configured in RAID5 (so there's a minimum of three). monsterVPS do not charge VAT in according with a certain German VAT Act, so with these new EU VAT rules it's a good thing for them to start with. monsterVPS also has the compulsory German Imprint on their website. I have not been able to find any reviews so I'm looking forward to hear your experiences with them.
