OpenVirtuals is part of Intercom Online Inc. and has been in business since 2012 (with the domain having been created in May of that year); their WHOIS information is public. All port speeds are 1Gbps except for their New York City location with Peer1. IP ownership differs per location, with them either being owned by the upstream or by OpenVirtuals themselves. Please perform an IP WHOIS to find own who owns what and where. Unfortunately, I don't have any host node information. Compared to last time, their SSHD offers have received an additional 17% disk space, which is quite nice. Unfortunately there weren't that many reviews on their last offer, so please do leave some reviews here if you are a customer.

OpenVirtuals accepts PayPal and any credit card that can be used via PayPal. They have a 10-day or 10GB traffic money back guarantee. Servers will be provisioned instantly (depending on host node availability) and all servers come with a 100% uptime guarantee supported by a 'proactive SLA'. We were told that they have pre-made templates for popular installations such as: 64 bit Linux OSes, development frameworks like Ruby on Rails and web applications like WordPress and ownCloud. You can find all of their legal documents on their 'Terms' page.
